Louisa Taylor

Louisa Taylor studied Ceramics at Bath Spa University, and in 2006 gained her M.A. from the Royal College of Art. In 2009 she won the prestigious Batch Production prize at the British Ceramics Biennial as well as the Evening Standard’s Best Domestic Product Award at Origin. Last year she was invited to take part in two important showcases of the best in contemporary craft – Handmade at Fortnum & Mason and Handcrafted in Britain at the Conran Shop. This is her first solo exhibition in the UK.

In 2012 Louisa will be Ceramicist in Residence at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
